- Stacey Sin Added April 23, 2018★ ★ ★ ★ ☆Brilliant place to stay! Loved the spa and the decor of the cottage! The only thing that let it down was no kindling or something to start the fire with. So if you go here maybe bring some kindling or asking reception if they can provide it for you.
- Chris Alderson Added April 17, 2018★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Terrible experience! Booked over the New Years period using a Groupon voucher and stayed in the Water Room. My partner woke up on the first morning with several bites. After returning home late on the 2nd day we noticed the entire roof was covered in spider webs and eggs.
Unable to stay in the room we returned home early and contacted Forget Me Not Cottages customer service. The woman we spoke to was dismissive and rude. At one point she indicated she didn't know what spiders were and made me spell the word out to her. I sent an email to the customer service team with photos of the roof, webs and eggs with no response.
Thankfully Groupon refunded me the price of the coupon.
I hope they fumigate the property, if they took better care this would be an amazing place to stay.
